What kitchen hair treatment stuff can I use to get me silky hair?

I have dark, straight hair. But its always really messy and stuff. What type of Hair Treatment can I use? I live in China, and its not exactly easy to get to a store, since i live in the suburbs. Anything useful and can be found around the house? And a full set of instuctions please.

olive oil, coconut oil is good to use, you warm it up (not so it’s scalding though) then massage it into the hair. (you can use vegetable oil but it smells worse)

a beer rinse is another common one you mix it with water then use it as final rinse on your hair,

eggs (this is really messy and you need to make sure you rinse it out properly) beat the eggs then massage into head (feel horrible)

I would go with the hot oil treatment

How do I do the lemon juice hair treatment at home?

Someone told me that soaking your hair in lemon juice is the same treatment a salon gives you to strip your hair of build-up. I’m just wondering if this is true and if so, how do I go about doing this? How long do I leave the juice in my hair before washing it out and does it matter what type of shampoo I use to wash it out? My hair is already dry, would this treatment make it worse? I’m a natural blonde and over time, my hair gets a dingy look to it. I’m hoping this may be the ‘cure’ for that.

What is the Chemistry Shot hair treatment and how does it work?

I have severely damaged, dry, fine hair that is almost halfway grown out (I used to dye it alot and blow dry every day). I got a trim today and my stylist recommended that I come in for a "Chemistry shot" treatment. I’m thinking about doing this because I’m pretty desperate now, but I’m wondering if anyone has had it done to their hair before and whether it helped or not. (btw, I think it’s made by Redken). When your hair stylest ask you to do a once a month hair treatment?

What product do you buy? I just started to dye my hair, because I have few grays appearing, I do moisture my hair everytime I wash my hair, isn’t that the same thing as once a month Hair Treatment?
